I am Ronald Schoonenberg, My previous role was as founder of KS Bedrijfsmakelaars, a company which in 18 years became a permanent fixture in the Amsterdam real estate market.
Ronald Schoonenberg is a commercial real estate agent with more than 30 years of experience in the Amsterdam real estate market and an impressive track record behind him. Thanks to his detailed knowledge of commercial real estate, he’s been matching clients to the right properties for three decades. DTZ Zadelhoff and KS Bedrijfsmakelaars
After a number of years in the residential real estate business, Ronald made the switch to commercial real estate when he joined DTZ Zadelhoff. As a senior real estate agent, Ronald then founded KS Bedrijfsmakelaars a company which in 18 years became a permanent fixture in the Amsterdam real estate market. In May 2019, Ronald began Yield Real Estate so that he could offer clients a more personal service once more. And to do what he does best: seal deals.

Ronald not only works in Amsterdam, but also lives there with his wife and two children.
Ronald not only works in Amsterdam, but also lives there with his wife and two children. He loves the city and enjoys the finer things in life, such as fine dining, good wine, golf and – of course – lots of laughter. Clients appreciate his direct, personal approach and his ability to break the ice with the occasional joke.
His other passion is Portugal, which he loves to visit for holidays and relaxation. Thanks to that passion, he now also has connections in the Algarve real estate market, which is useful if, for instance, you want to invest in or purchase a holiday home.
